Clark University Student Walkout

On Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 1:00pm students at Clark University in Worcester, MA walked out of their classes in solidarity with the unjust decision made towards an act of police brutality made against 17 year old Michael Brown by Officer Darren Wilson in Ferguson, MO. After what may have been a form of physical altercation between Michael Brown and Officer Wilson, the officer shot Brown several times; eventually killing him. The grand jury handling the case declared that they saw no crime in the Officer's actions, and officer Wilson was not indicted. The protest that took place in Worcester was a peaceful one which many students and other members of the community participated in to stand in solidarity with the Ferguson case. I had the opportunity to take part in the protest myself and document the events.
